If trailers and game play are anything to go by, Watch Dogs will be a massive world, and in that massive world there are a lot of NPC’s that will be roaming the streets of Chicago. Now what is unique about this, is that each and every NPC has 400 to 500 lines of recorded, which is quite awesome and fantastic. 400 lines for each and every citizen is quite awesome, because most open world games that we have played, have NPC’s saying the same lines as each other, which was good for that time, but since this is next gen we expect more.
