Anthem: Bioware Ramping Up Development, Hiring For Many Positions

Bioware is hard at work to make sure they don't have to delay the game again.

Posted By | On 04th, Feb. 2018

While recently the fears that the title would be delayed turned out to be all too true, it seems Bioware and Electronic Arts aren’t going to allow themselves to miss the Q1 2019 deadline they’ve set for themselves, with six new job postings advertised on Twitter.

Bioware is seeking new blood for several key positions, primarily at it’s Edmonton studio to work on the game, including Gameplay Programmer, Technical Artist, Environment Artist, Lead Cinematic Tools Programmer, Sr. Level Designer, and Principal Gameplay Designer. All of these new positions suggest that Bioware is ramping up hard to make sure the game launches with its new deadline in mind.

We can look forward to Bioware’s open world action game sometime in early 2019, but in the meantime some of the news about the title are interesting to consider. Here’s some information on the verticality and combat within the title and there’s the possibility of the game including VR support as well.
