BioWare’s Mark Darrah, executive producer on the upcoming Anthem, has been pretty forthcoming with answers to queries by fans on the internet, having taken to Twitter to talk about a number of things related to the game, from solo missions and servers to customization and weapons. Once again, he’s been active on Twitter answering some questions about the game.

For starters, Darrah confirmed that Anthem will have hip shooting – which should have been kinda obvious, especially for a third person shooter, but it’s nice to have a confirmation either way. Additionally, in response to a different question from a fan, Darrah confirmed that Anthem will also have an in-game achievements system, separate from Trophies and Achievements

Additionally, we also know now that Anthem will have a codex, in true BioWare fashion, but unlike the one in Mass Effect, it won’t be voiced. Meanwhile, Darrah also confirmed that Anthem will have four Javelins at launch, but BioWare have confirmed in the past that more will be added on later that they haven’t revealed yet. When you start the game, you’ll start with the Ranger exosuit, while the other three will be unlocked as you play more.

Anthem launches on February 22, 2019 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
