Anthem’s Partial World Map Revealed

It's looking quite large, to no one's surprise.

Anthem

With Anthem getting closer and closer to its launch next month, BioWare are beginning to pull back the curtain on various aspects of the game. Recently, they held a livestream for the game, where lead producer Ben Irving and senior level designer Emily Taylor showed a lot more of the game- one of the things we got to see in the livestream was Anthem’s map.

Well, not all of it- as you can see in the screenshot posted below (via Reddit), what we got to see was bits and pieces of it, rather than the entire thing. But even from the partial reveal, it’s easy to get a sense of how large it is, while we also get to see some names of areas in the world of Anthem that we’ll doubtless be frequenting a great deal. The size of the world map isn’t really something BioWare have spoken much of so far- but then again, we’re probably going to know a lot more about it once the game’s demo goes live next week.

We’ve been seeing a great deal of Anthem recently. Beyond a couple of videos that showed off some missions from the game, BioWare also recently released a meaty trailer that talked about everything from the game’s narrative setup, to its customization tools, and a lot more. Take a look through here.

Anthem launches on February 22 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
