Arkane Austin’s upcoming co-op shooter Redfall certainly turned many heads when it was announced last year, but the studio has remained extremely silent about its next project ever since then. Slated for a Summer 2022 release window, Arkane is still hiring for multiple key positions for this project.
As revealed on Twitter, there are multiple vacancies available across art/animation and programming departments including the likes of a lead VFX artist, lead online engineer, senior gameplay engineer, senior graphics engineer, and many more. Interested applicants can check out these vacancies by clicking through here.
This revelation makes it seem unlikely that Redfall could be hitting its projected release window of Summer 2022, and rumours have suggested a delay to Holiday 2022. With S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl already pushed to at least next year in light of the recent crisis in Ukraine, Starfield remains the only major Xbox exclusive in 2022 to have a firm release date.
