ArmA 3 heading to Gamescom

Bohemia Interactive today confirmed ArmA 3’s presence that this year’s Gamescom in Cologne.

In Hall 9, stand A22, gamers over the age of 16 can get handsy with ArmA 3, as well as Bohemia Interactive’s PC and Xbox 360 title Carrier Command: Gaea Mission, a modern remake of the 80’s classic Carrier Command.

This will be the first time the public has been able to get their hands-on either of these titles, with much excitement as to wether ArmA 3 can deliver the same authentic experience as ArmA 2.

Day Z, the smash hit ArmA 2 mod, will also be making an appearance, allowing gamers to get their brains eaten with playable demonstrations throughout Gamescom.

ArmA 3 has yet to be given a firm release date, coming exclusively to PC in Q4 2012.
