Ubisoft has announced a massive patch for Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag’s single player campaign that looks to correct several issues. What makes it stand out is the sheer size – the patch is 2.3 GB in size and will be available for all platforms.

What will it seek to fix? Mostly bugs such as invisible parts appearing on your character; a multiplayer bug where the target portrait indicated your pursuer rather than your target; aerial kill animation and “Ground Finish” animation bugs; and a major bug wherein neither a pursuer nor target could either kill or stun while in a corner. The usual fixes for crashes and freezes have also been included.

The patch is currently expected to go live on February 11th and will be available for the Xbox 360, PS3, PS4, Xbox ONe and PC. How has your experience been with the game thus far? Let us know in the comments below and hit up the Ubisoft forum for more patch details.
