Astro Bot - DualSense Controller

Sony and Team Asobi have announced a new Astro Bot Limited Edition DualSense controller. It’s available to pre-order starting August 9th at 7 AM PT in the United States and 10 AM local time in the UK, France, Germany, and many other regions for $79.99/€79.99/£69.99/¥11,980. Check it out in the trailer below.

The Limited Edition DualSense resembles the main hero, from the buttons to the blue outlines on the handles and carved lines. You even have the eyes on the touchpad, though they sadly won’t animate like in the trailer. As the name indicates, supplies will be limited, so pre-order yours at select retailers when it goes live.

Astro Bot launches on September 6th for PS5, with the Limited Edition controller out on the same day. Some new gameplay was revealed from a recent demo at ChinaJoy, highlighting an early level and its gorgeous sights. The core experience is about 12 to 15 hours, though it could last longer with some optional activities (potentially including the over 300 Bots to collect). Head here for more details.
