Ubisoft has released a new trailer for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. The trailer show off the upcoming open-world title’s gameplay, while also giving us a glimpse into its story. Check out the trailer below.

In Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, players will take on the role of a Na’vi that was raised in captivity by the RDA. The player will have to spend some time to learn how to live like a Na’vi once they get free, before getting swept up into a battle against the RDA.

Gameplay in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will be primarily in first-person, aside from the times where the player is riding the various creatures on Pandora. Creative director Magnus Jansén revealed back in June that the decision to make the game primarily first-person was to ensure the maximum level of immersion for players.

Ubisoft recently revealed all the features that would be available in the PC release of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, including support for various technologies like AMD’s FSR2, Nvidia’s DLSS, and the ability to make use of ultrawide displays.

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will be coming to PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S on December 7.
