Larian Studios has released a new patch for Baldur’s Gate 3, but instead of a hotfix for all platforms, it’s specifically aimed at PS5 players. Players faced Error 544, which would create invisible save files whenever it occurred. The issue is resolved, and the saves are now visible to those who want to delete them by heading into “Load Game.”
As for its next update, Larian hasn’t said anything yet, but its last hotfix addressed Gale’s neediness while improving save game compression and other features. The developer has discussed adding cross-platform multiplayer, though a timeline for its release is unknown.
Baldur’s Gate 3 is available digitally for Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC. It’s receiving a physical release in Q1 2024 for all platforms, costing $79.99 and including goodies like the stickers, patches, the OST on three discs, a double-sided map of the setting and a Mind Flayer poster. Head here for more details, and stay tuned for further updates.
