DICE has confirmed the pre-load dates and timings for Battlefield 2042, starting today with Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. According to Battlefield Bulletin on Twitter, the Xbox Series X/S version is 51.42 GB while Xbox One is 27.60 GB. PC players can start pre-loading the title on November 10th at 10 AM UTC while PS4 and PS5 players need to wait till midnight at their local time.
It was also noted that regardless of which edition has been purchased, all players can pre-load the title at the same time. EA Play and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will gain access to a ten hour trial on November 12th. However, Gold and Ultimate Edition owners can access the full game on that day.
Battlefield 2042 launches worldwide on November 19th for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5 and PC. EA recently confirmed that the open beta had 7.7 million players and overall feedback was “overwhelmingly positive.” Stay tuned for more details on the game in the coming week.
