DICE’s Battlefield 4 is now available in North America for current-generation consoles and will be releasing this Friday in Europe. The game has received a good amount of critical praise, especially for its multiplayer mode (check out the launch trailer here). EA has released a few new screenshots for the Commander Mode which is accessible in multiplayer and can be played from one’s tablet, not to mention a some choice shots of our leading characters. Check them out below.

The visuals and overall destruction of Battlefield 4 have been praised, though the story is somewhat wanting in terms of direction and depth. Stay tuned for our official review to find out what we thought of the game’s campaign in the coming days.

Battlefield 4 is set to release on next-gen consoles later in November, with a PS4 release due on November 15th/29th in North America/Europe and an Xbox One release on November 22nd worldwide.
