Bethesda Softworks Newest Project to be Revealed Today

A new Wolfenstein or something else entirely?

Posted By | On 19th, Apr. 2013

Bethesda Softworks has been releasing one teaser after another on Vine for its latest upcoming project. You can view the newest teaser below, but essentially, other than the rumblings of it being “Project Zwei”, many details are still up in the air.

Bethesda has also stated above that the game will be revealed in all of its glory today on IGN. Lucky them! Perhaps we’ll get some answers to the cryptic teasers that have been airing, but for now, Bethesda has only stated that it is not indeed Fallout 4.

Rumours and reports have been circulating however that Bethesda is working on a new Wolfenstein game using id Software’s id Tech 5 Engine. These rumours came about through information discovered about Machinegames working on the next Wolfenstein before being purchased by ZeniMax Media in 2010.

Either way, with Skyrim development being halted and all of its efforts concentrated on this new game, it’ll be interesting to see what Bethesda comes up with.
