WATCH DOGS: LEGION
After taking players to virtual recreations of Chicago and San Francisco in the first two Watch Dogs games, Ubisoft decided to jump across the pond to London with Watch Dogs: Legion, and this time, they went all-in on the cyberpunk aesthetic. Legion’s London is predictably large, and though the driving mechanics can definitely do with a bit of polishing, it’s still a world that’s a lot of fun to exist in. It looks great, for starters, especially if you’re playing with ray-tracing, while the game’s systemic nature (driven largely by its central play as anyone mechanic) combines with its vast array of activities and side activities to deliver a world that never runs out of things to do.
