We’ve seen abilities and gameplay for almost every new Vault Hunter in Gearbox Software’s Borderlands 3. Recent character trailers also helped provide context for each character’s outlook and goals, from Zane the Operative’s lone wolf personality to Amara the Siren’s desire for fighting. Today, we finally get a closer look at FL4K the Beastmaster, who can command different creatures to help in battle.

Not much is known about FL4K, save for him being an emergent AI who’s constantly hunting through the galaxy. What brings him to Pandora and ultimately in conflict with the Kalypso Twins remains to be seen. In the meantime, we get a look at the Jabber, Skag, Spiderant, and Rakks that will help FL4K out.

This is in addition to FL4K’s own abilities, like cloaking away (which allows for firing three shots in stealth, each a guaranteed critical). Borderlands 3 is out on September 13th for Xbox One, PS4, and PC. Gearbox recently announced the different graphical options for PS4 Pro players – check that out here.
