Infinity Ward’s next big Call of Duty title will be showcasing its gameplay at E3 2016 and the reveal is likely to take place during Sony’s media presser.

According to Activision in a new blog post, “In June, we’re going to be at E3 showcasing gameplay from Infinity Ward’s ambitious new game.

“We’re looking forward to sharing exciting new details about the next great Call of Duty game in partnership with our friends at PlayStation. We’re proud to be participating in this premier video game event, but won’t have an Activision booth on the show floor.”

This isn’t surprising considering the working relationship between Activision and Sony that’s led to Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 DLC being a timed exclusive to PS4 (much like how earlier games had timed exclusive DLC on Xbox 360 and Xbox One). What do you expect to see from the new Call of Duty though? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more details.
