Call of Duty Black Ops 2: Brand New Details On Emblem Editor, League Play Won’t Have Join In Progress

More good news from Treyarch.

Treyarch has released new details on some features from Black Ops 2’s multiplayer mode. Specifically, the Emblem Editor and the join-in feature.

Call of Duty fansite Charlie Intel says there will be 32 layers in Black Ops 2’s Emblem Editor, and that the RGB colour wheel will allow you to use custom colours and that transparency will also be added to the mix, making emblems customization a lot more comprehensive and awesome than what we’ve seen before.

Details were tweeted by Game Director David Vonderhaar.

Vonderhaar also tweeted a solution to the join-in feature, that makes players join into matches that are already in progress, something that has been met with negative reception by many. He said: “If that stuff upsets you so badly play League Play. No join in progress.”

League Play allows you to play with players of your own skill level, and matchmaking becomes a lot more effective and efficient.

It certainly sounds interesting. What are your thoughts?

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 releases on November 13th for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC, with a Wii U release date planned for later on.
