Call of Duty Black Ops 3

After introducing the multiplayer beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 on August 19th for PS3 players, Treyarch has announced that it will be adding some additional features to the same.

These include a new map called Stronghold and an additional gameplay mode in Uplink. If you’ll recall, Uplink was first introduced in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Much like Grifball, it charges players with taking control of a ball and dunking/shooting it into the opposing team’s “basket”.

Also, despite the fact that less than 10 percent players reached the max level cap (as tweeted by design director David Vonderhaar), Treyarch will also be raising the max level cap for the beta. It’s currently at level 28 and will be increased to level 34.

Expect these changes to take place today at 10 AM PST. Stay tuned for more information and updates as the beta progresses. Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is currently set to release on November 6th for PC, Xbox One and PS4.
