The season of Operation: Absolute Zero is coming to a close in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. Treyarch has tweeted about what’s coming next, including changes to the Blackout map, a new multiplayer mode, and much more. The new season will kick off with a new Operation, so that also means a new Contraband stream of cosmetics to earn.

First off is the Valentine’s Quad Feed Weekend, which begins on February 14th. Players can earn double XP and double weapon XP in multiplayer and Zombies (which also has double Nebulium Plasma active), along with double Merits in Blackout. The Quad Feed Weekend will be live until February 19th, 10 AM PT.

The new multiplayer mode is Arms Race Team Deathmatch, which increases the kill score from 100 to 150. This will enable more scorestreaks in matches, which should make for fun times on Nuketown. It goes live today for PS4 players. In Blackout, Close Quarters Frenzy is back, and will see players battling with shotguns, SMGS, pistols, and more, with the collapse happening much faster than normal. This mode is, again, live for PS4 only.

As for Blackout map changes, Treyarch have tweeted out of a video of a blueprint. This has locations marked, which pretty much indicates which areas will be changing. Stay tuned for more information in the meantime. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is currently available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
