Aston Martin’s been quite prominent in modern gaming in recent times. We’ve had 007 First Light giving Bond a vehicle worthy of his delightful origin story with the Valkyrie-inspired Valhalla, and then there’s Resident Evil Requiem’s custom Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT.
Well, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 has gone past limited-edition cars to one that’s completely fictional, but every bit as exquisite as the ones that the brand brings to life. The Dreadnought is one hell of an APC and a deadly weapon all on its own. It’s been designed by Aston Martin’s engineers, who were only limited by their imaginations in what a deadly vehicle in Activision and Infinity Ward’s upcoming shooter could do. It’s present in DMZ, and is probably going to be something a lot of us make a beeline for when we finally get our hands on the game.
It combines the performance of a supercar with the durability of an off-roader, coming with a lot of features and premium materials to make it the most luxurious vehicle you can take into a battlefield. Well, that’s kind of what the brand’s all about, and it’s fascinating to see that this one looks like it’s going to be a very menacing presence despite its stylish exterior. Check it out above while you wait for Modern Warfare 4‘s October 23 release date (with early access starting a week prior) on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and the Nintendo Switch 2. That might be a tad too close to Grand Theft Auto 6, but the team isn’t too worried, apparently.
