Footsteps while ADS and crouch moving will now always sound like walking.
As promised by Infinity Ward, the latest update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has further adjusted the range of the 725 Shotgun. The M4 has also seen some more changes with decreased headshot damage and increased hip spread. Meanwhile, the FAL has had its recoil reduced and ADS speed increased.
Solid numbers weren’t provided for these changes so you’ll have to play a few matches to see how it all feels. More footsteps are live though, resulting in ADS and crouch movement having the same volume as regular walking sounds. If that weren’t enough, spawns for Team Deathmatch and Domination on Piccadilly have seen some adjustment. The B Flag has also been shifted near the buses for Domination.
Check out the full patch notes below and expect more updates in the coming weeks. Infinity Ward recently added two new maps and Hardpoint to the game. In December, the first Battle Pass will also be available, allowing players to earn their way through free and paid tracks for cosmetics. For more information on how that works, head here.
