Chorus Looks Slick in Brief Gameplay Debut Trailer

Get your first look at gameplay from Fishlabs' upcoming sci-fi space shooter.

Earlier this year, Deep Silver and developer Fishlabs announced Chorustheir space flight and combat shooter, with a cinematic trailer. Since then, though the developers have spoken about the game, we haven’t actually got to see it in action. Until now, that is.

At Gamescom Opening Night Live, the game’s debut gameplay trailer was revealed. It was a pretty brief trailer, roughly a minute long, but what little it did show looked pretty good. The game is looking visually impressive, while the glimpses of combat and flight the trailer shows look slick and fast-paced. Obviously, a more extended look at the gameplay would have been preferable, but something’s better than nothing. Take a look below.

Chorus is due out for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PC, and Stadia some time in 2021, though a more specific release date hasn’t yet been announced. The developers have said that the game will feature some open world elements and benefit from reduced loading times on PS5 and Xbox Series X thanks to their SSDs. Read more on that through here.
