35. Microsoft requires the waiving of class action in its terms of use for the Xbox One.
What the waiver means is you are completely restricted from taking out a class action lawsuit against the company should you find dissatisfaction with the services provided. It seems they are not taking any chances and it would protect the company in the event of the Xbox Live servers going offline – rendering your console inactive – or if a network hacking scandal arose.
