86. Controversy erupts over resolution of Call of Duty Ghosts for PS4 and Xbox One. Shuhei Yoshida advises gamers to wait for Activision to confirm resolution for PS4 version.
It seems that Call of Duty franchise is a subject of controversy in almost all topics these days. It wasn’t about fish AI or dogs or recycled gameplay elements this time though. No, the real storm came when rumours began circulating that Call of Duty: Ghosts would be running at 720p on the Xbox One (with the ability to upscale to 1080p) in comparison to native 1080p resolution on the PlayStation 4. Sadly, no one asked the vital question “Who cares?” and it was eventually left to individuals such as Shuhei Yoshida to ask gamers to wait for Activision to provide confirmation.
