A new trailer for Pearl Abyss’s Crimson Desert is available, showcasing a new boss – Hexe Marie. Unlike those showcased at Gamescom, she leans more towards magic, casually teleporting away from protagonist Kliff while creating allies out of nearby materials to attack. Nevertheless, she can keep pace with his melee attacks quite well.
Hexe Marie will be available for attendees to fight at this year’s G-STAR from November 14th to 17th. They can also take on bosses from the previous Gamescom demo, including Staglord, Reed Devil and the Queen Stoneback Crab. Expect said footage to be available either during or after the trade show.
Crimson Desert is in development for consoles and PC with a release date yet to be announced. Set in Pywel, it revolves around Kliff, who leads a mercenary group called the Greymanes. He’ll take on quests, from eliminating monsters to gathering sheep. Check out some more extensive gameplay here and head here for more details.
