Cyberpunk 2077

CD Projekt RED has dropped quite a few details about Cyberpunk 2077 over the past few months but not much by way of new gameplay. However, that could change on June 11th as the game’s official Twitter has announced Night City Wire. Is it an event? A new trailer? A livestream?

We don’t really know but as CD Projekt RED’s global community lead Marcin Momot stated on Twitter, “Stuff will be shown!” Cyberpunk 2077 was already confirmed to be a part of IGN’s upcoming Summer of Gaming event which will have new previews and details on upcoming games. Perhaps this will serve as a companion to all of that new info, offering new gameplay footage to obsess over.

Cyberpunk 2077 is currently slated to release on September 17th for Xbox One, PS4, PC and Google Stadia. Despite the ongoing pandemic, the developer is confident of releasing in September, though it may have to patch in some voice work at launch. Stay tuned for more details and teases in the meantime.
