Cyberpunk 2077 - Update 2_06

CD Projekt RED debuted a stunning new CGI trailer for Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, releasing on September 26th. Before that, Update 2.0 goes live, adding several new gameplay features like redesigned perks. During Night City Wire, the developer released three new trailers showcasing the different builds players can run with.

The first is the Bullet-Time Ninja, which likes to get close using Dash and Air Dash to fight with a katana. It can deflect bullets and send them back at enemies while finishers on low-health targets for a health boost. One of the cooler Relic abilities is Jailbreak, where finishing or dismembering enemies lets you leap towards distant targets and kill them with the Mantis Blades.

The Hack-and-Slash Netrunner can use Quick Hack to stack up to four hacks, including Contagion and Overheat, and use Overclock to cast hacks with no time limit at the cost of health. It can even take over cars and turn them into bombs, while the Monowire becomes significantly deadlier thanks to the Relic tree.

Finally, there’s the Savage Slugger Solo, who uses a sledgehammer and unleashes Quake for a giant AoE attack. Using the Obliterate perk on shotguns allows for massive damage, and you can throw enemies during fights. The new Supercharged Gorilla Arms can send tanky enemies flying with punches.

Cyberpunk 2077’s Update 2.0 goes live on September 21st for Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC. Stay tuned for more details when it goes live next week.
