A new update is available for CD Projekt RED’s Cyberpunk 2077 on PC, which adds support for Nvidia DLSS 3 and Nvidia Reflex. Those on the GOG Galaxy app should update the app to download the update.
DLSS 3 is exclusive to the GeForce RTX 40 Series of GPUs and adds DLSS Frame Generation to boost performance. While Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling is on by default in Windows 11, Windows 10 users must press the Windows key and type “graphics.”
Hit Enter and the Graphics settings menu should open up. The option “Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling” is at the top – toggle it on and restart your PC to use it. CD Projekt RED recommends enabling upscaling via DLSS on GPUs with 16 GB or less VRAM and at 1440p or higher resolution.
Cyberpunk 2077 is available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and PC. Its first (and last) paid expansion, Phantom Liberty, still doesn’t have a release date. However, the developer confirmed that it has the biggest budget for an expansion in its history. Stay tuned for more updates in the coming weeks.
