D23 Expo Confirmed For 2018, Will Kingdom Hearts 3 Show Up?

Chances are it will.

Posted By | On 26th, Mar. 2017

Disney have announced that their D23 Expo will be returning to Japan close to a year from now, being held in February (10-12) of 2018, and fans are excited by the prospect of maybe seeing some new footage and information on Kingdom Hearts III during the expo.

Kingdom Hearts as a series has a history of showing up at D23 Expos. In the 2013 Japan Expo, Square Enix released new footage for Kingdom Hearts III, while also announcing Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMix. Following that, in 2015, Square Enix once again showed clips from the upcoming Kingdom Hearts III, and also revealed several details on Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue.

It makes sense, then, that Kingdom Hearts III will once again make an appearance at D23, especially considering the fact that its release will be a lot closer when the expo takes place in February of next year.

Stay tuned and we’ll keep bringing you more updates on all things Kingdom Hearts.

Thanks, KH Insider!
