Darkest Dungeon 2

Ruin has befallen the player once again but this time, they’ll be traversing entire roads of it in Darkest Dungeon 2. Red Hook Studios has dropped a new trailer for the title, showcasing its new visual style, bosses and mechanics. It’s currently slated to enter early access for the Epic Games Store on October 26th.

Unlike the previous game, the player isn’t embarking into dark dungeons. Instead, they’re leading a caravan with four heroes across a ruined world to reach a mountain. Random events and encounters will crop up along the way and depending on the decisions made, bonds can be forged with your companions.

Darkest Dungeon 2’s early access build features nine classes including the Man at Arms, Leper, Jester, Grave Robber and so on along with the first story act. As players engage in different runs, they’ll unlock different skills for each class and utilize powerful Trinkets. Stay tuned for more details once the early access version goes live.
