Dead Cells Fatal Falls DLC

Motion Twin and Evil Empire have revealed some new gameplay for Dead Cells’ second paid DLC, Fatal Falls. They also announced that it would release on January 26th though a price point is still unknown. Check out the newest gameplay trailer below.

Fatal Falls adds two new biomes – The Fractured Shrines and The Undying Shores, which serve as alternatives to the Stilt Village/Clock Tower and Slumbering Sanctuary/Forgotten Sepulcher respectively. The Fractured Shrines consists of numerous floating islands where one bad drop could mean trouble. Meanwhile, The Undying Shores involves navigating a cliff during a storm.

The Mausoleum is the home of a new gardener boss who will kill anyone that tramples on their flowers. New weapons and enemies were showcased throughout, some more fantastical than others, so expect runs to be spiced up in all kinds of ways. Dead Cells is currently available for Xbox One, PS4, PC, iOS, Android and Nintendo Switch. Stay tuned for more details on Fatal Falls in the coming weeks.
