Destiny 2 Beyond Light

Bungie has released a new teaser for Destiny 2: Beyond Light, the next expansion for the shared world shooter that takes players to Europa. It also pits them against a new enemy – Eramis, the Kell of Darkness who speaks about the fleeting nature of light and how darkness is forever. Check it out in the teaser below.

Along with inviting players to see what “lies beneath the ice” on October 7th, there are a few weapon hints. No Time to Explain, the Exotic pulse rifle from Destiny 1, is present along with what seems to be a new sniper rifle. We’ll have to wait for more details but a gameplay reveal seems a given for tomorrow.

Destiny 2: Beyond Light is out on November 10th for Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, PC and Google Stadia. Along with a new destination, it introduces new Stasis subclasses with abilities and Supers based on ice. It also marks the day that the majority of older content will be sent into the Destiny Content Vault, reducing the game’s size by 30 to 40 percent overall.
