Destiny 2 Season of the Chosen

A new Strike is available now for Bungie’s Destiny 2 as part of Season of the Chosen. Proving Grounds sees a three-player fireteam venturing to Caiatl’s Imperial land talk on Nessus to challenge her chosen warrior. Check out the trailer below to see it in action.

If this looks a lot like Cerberus Vae III from Destiny 1, you’d be right. As players venture through the land tank, they’ll take out hordes of Cabal, Imperial walkers and other obstacles. Proving Grounds will enter the Strike playlist for all players on March 30th and also be available as a Nightfall activity.

Season of the Chosen’s next major activity is Guardian Games, which will be available to all players from April 20th to May 9th. A big change from previous iterations of the event is that players will need to stick with a single class throughout. There will also be a “closing ceremony” of sorts on May 7th to 9th. Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks.
