Destiny 2: Season of Arrivals is Live, Prophecy Dungeon Out Today

Solstice of Heroes and Moments of Triumph also returning in the coming months.

The next big expansion for Destiny 2, Beyond Light, may be releasing in September but the newest season is here now. Season of Arrivals sees the player coming face to face with the ominous pyramids, Savathun and hints at things to come. Check out the reveal trailer below.

Among the new content in Season 11 is the new Contact event on Io which awards new Legendary weapons and armor. The new dungeon Prophecy will also be going live today itself and offers new Daito Legendary Armor and Trials of the Nine-themed gear. The Mission Interference and Weekly Quest will also refresh every week, providing a new source for Pinnacle Gear.

Upcoming events include the return of Moments of Triumph on July 7th to September 22nd, Solstice of Heroes on August 11th to September 8th and “more.” The Season Pass also provides access to new Exotics, including a Void sword reminiscent of Darkdrinker, and new armor.
