Destiny 2 The Witch Queen

With Destiny 2’s next big expansion The Witch Queen launching soon, Bungie has been releasing all kinds of new details to prepare fans for the same. Today’s “This Week at Bungie” will offer a hefty amount of new details including changes to Rare loot drops, Power floors and a launch date for the next raid as per senior community manager dmg04 on Twitter.

However, he also said that there would be Gunsmith “updates” and advised players to spend their Gunsmith materials. This could mean that said materials are going to be phased out soon, much like Vanguard and Crucible Tokens have been. Possible return of Armsday from Destiny 1, providing curated weapons for players to unlock from Banshee-44? Here’s hoping.

Destiny 2: The Witch Queen is out on February 22nd for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, PC and Google Stadia. The latest trailer offered a closer look at Savathun’s Throne World and the dangerous Hive Guardians that dwell within. Check it out here.
