Xur is back in Destiny 2 and is hanging out in, well, the Tower Hangar. Look for him on the staircase behind Dead Orbit and scope out his inventory before tomorrow’s weekly reset. This week’s Exotic weapon is Skyburner’s Oath, an Exotic scout rifle that actually functions more like a Cabal Slug Rifle.
When fired from the hip, it shoots explosive slugs that deal Solar damage. Aiming down sights causes the slugs to travel faster, dealing more damage but with a lower rate of fire. Along with dealing more damage to Cabal, it can also fire through Phalanx shields. It’s not the best PvE weapon but Skyburner’s Oath is fun to play with. Get it for 29 Legendary Shards.
Exotic gear this week include Gwisin Vest (Hunter chest), Mask of the Quiet One (Titan helm) and Vesper of Radius (Warlock chest), each for 23 Legendary Shards. Gwisin Vest grants more Super energy when vanishing after Spectral Blades kills. Mask of the Quiet One provides melee, grenade and class ability energy when damaged with Void ability kills granting health regen. As for Vesper of Radius, it creates an Arc shockwave after casing a Rift and recharges one’s Rift energy when surrounded by foes.
