Destiny 2 Xur Exotics – Telesto, Lucky Pants, Actium War Rig

Xur, the Exotic vendor of the Nine, has returned in Destiny 2. He can be found in the usual spot in the Tower Hangar (behind the head of Dead Orbit), just chilling on the staircase until tomorrow’s weekly reset. In terms of offerings though, Xur doesn’t have a whole lot to entice players.

This week’s Exotic weapon is Telesto, an Energy fusion rifle whose bolts have a delayed Void explosion after a short period. Scoring multi-kills will reload your Kinetic and Energy weapons from reserves. For 29 Legendary Shards, it’s not terrible and could be used for a Devour Warlock build (though plenty of other Void weapons are preferable).

Other Exotics include Lucky Pants (Hunter boots), Actium War Rig (Titan chest) and Claws of Ahamkara (Warlock gloves), each for 23 Legendary Shards. Lucky Pants reload one round to a stowed hand cannon’s chamber along with increasing their ready speed and accuracy after swapping. Actium War Rig reloads a portion of an auto rifle or machine gun’s magazine from reserves. Meanwhile, Claws of Ahamkara provides an extra melee charge. Nothing crazy, overall.
