Destiny 2 Xur

Xur has returned in Destiny 2, making one last trip to the Arcadian Valley on Nessus before Into the Light drops tomorrow. He’s carrying D.A.R.C.I., a Heavy sniper rifle, which costs 29 Legendary Shards.

Available since launch, its perks allow viewing an enemy’s health and other details when scoping in. While doing so, target acquisition and precision damage increase and shots inflict Joly. Even without Whisper of the Worm returning, D.A.R.C.I. isn’t a top-tier Heavy weapon. Still, it’s 29 Legendary Shards, so pick it up if you don’t have it.

Hawkmoon’s random roll includes Fluted Barrel, Moving Target and Combat Grip. As for the Exotic gear, there’s Knucklehead Radar (Hunter helm), An Insurmountable Skullfort (Titan helm) and Crown of Tempests (Warlock helm), each for 23 Legendary Shards.

The Anti-Extinction set from Dead Orbit is this week’s Legendary armor, with each piece costing 50 Legendary Shards and 1000 Glimmer. Check out the new Legendary weapons below.

  • Ignition Code – Kinetic Grenade Launcher
  • Temptation’s Hook – Heavy Sword
  • Sojourner’s Tale – Energy Shotgun
  • False Promises – Kinetic Auto Rifle
  • Brass Attacks – Energy Sidearm
  • Extraordinary Rendition – Kinetic Submachine Gun
  • Honor’s Edge – Heavy Sword
