Destiny 2 Xur

Another week, another visit by Xur in Destiny 2’s Tower. You can find him in the Hangar near the ex-Dead Orbit vendor until the weekly reset tomorrow. This week’s Exotic weapon is Merciless, an Energy fusion rifle costing 29 Legendary Shards. Its signature perk is “Conserve Momentum” where non-lethal decrease the charge time until a kill is scored.

Other Exotics available this week include Gwisin Vest (Hunter chest), Citan’s Ramparts (Titan gloves), and Eye of Another World (Warlock helm), each for 23 Legendary Shards. As for this week’s random rolls, Hawkmoon comes with Corkscrew Rifling, Moving Target and Smooth Grip. Dead Man’s Tale has Full Bore, Light Mag, Fourth Time’s the Charm, and Fitted Stock. Not terrible if you don’t own either weapon but better rolls exist.

The Legendary armor this week is from the game’s launch (aka Season 1). Each piece is available for 50 Legendary Shards and 1000 Glimmer. Check out the Legendary weapons on sale this week:

  • Eternal Blazon – Energy Scout Rifle
  • Far Future – Energy Sniper Rifle
  • Toil and Trouble – Kinetic Shotgun
  • Tarantula – Heavy Linear Fusion Rifle
  • Seventh Seraph VY-7 – Energy Submachine Gun
  • Gnawing Hunger – Energy Auto Rifle
  • Stars in Shadow – Energy Pulse Rifle
