Xur has returned in Bungie’s Destiny 2, which is seeing an uptick of interest thanks to Into the Light. He’s in the Arcadian Valley on Nessus until the next weekly reset and carries Exotics like Skyburner’s Oath, an Energy scout rifle.
It’s available for 29 Legendary Shards and fires explosive slugs that travel faster when aiming down sights. Hip-firing results in larger explosions that also apply Scorch. Other noteworthy bonuses include dealing more damage to Cabal enemies and bypassing Phalanx shields. Though not the best Exotic Energy weapon, it’s fun to try.
Hawkmoon’s newest random roll offers Arrowhead Brake, Snapshot Sights and Heavy Grip. Meanwhile, this week’s Exotic armor includes Fr0st-EE5 (Hunter boots), Ursa Furiosa (Titan gloves) and Starfire Protocol (Warlock chest), each for 23 Legendary Shards.
