Destiny 2 Xur Inventory – Sunshot, Doom Fang Pauldron, Lucky Pants

Everyone’s favorite Exotic vendor Xur has returned in Bungie’s Destiny 2 and has some new wares to sell. He’s currently in the Winding Cove in the European Dead Zone until the next weekly reset. The Exotic weapon this week is Sunshot, an energy hand cannon that costs 29 Legendary Shards.

Its two main perks are Sunburn and Sun Blast, the former encompassing explosive rounds that highlight targets. The latter sees enemies killed with the weapon setting off Solar explosions (which can also trigger their own explosions on kills). As an add clear weapon, Sunshot is one of the very best in the game. Get the Catalyst as well for maximum explosive clear.

The Exotic gear this week includes Lucky Pants (Hunter boots), Doom Fang Pauldron (Titan gloves) and Skull of Dire Ahamkara (Warlock helm), each for 23 Legendary Shards. With the Void 3.0 rework, it may be worth picking up Doom Fang Pauldron since Void melee kills provide Super energy. Melee kills with Sentinel Shield also recharge Shield Throw which will extend the Super on hitting.

This week’s Legendary armor is the Praefectus set with each piece costing 50 Legendary Shards and 1000 Glimmer. Check out this week’s Legendary weapons available for the same price below:
