Bungie’s Destiny is in the beta phase and was slated to go back online on July 23rd, adding Xbox One and Xbox 360 gamers to the mix. It seems that the beta has returned early though according to Bungie with Xbox 360 and Xbox One client codes having been sent out.

“We know you’ve been waiting, so we busted our asses to finish our chores up early. You can download and play the Beta right now.

“If you’ve already played, you haven’t seen everything yet. We’ve got some surprises in store, and if you play on Saturday, July 26th beginning at 2pm PDT, we’ve got a permanent reward on reserve that will commemorate the experience.”

The Destiny beta includes several story missions, a co-op Strike mission, player vs. player maps and much more. The game will release on Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360 and PS4 on September 9th. Stay tuned for more information on Bungie’s surprise in the coming days.
