Diablo 4

Blizzard Entertainment kicked off BlizzCon 2019 by finally announcing Diablo 4. Much like the recent leaks indicated, it’s a darker, more gruesome game and a return to the aesthetic of Diablo 2. It also sees Lilith, whose artwork was leaked recently, return and become the new Big Bad for players to slay. Check out the cinematic below.

A gameplay trailer was also revealed and confirmed that this is indeed an isometric action RPG. The Barbarian, Sorceress and Druid were all in action, showcasing different abilities – the Sorceress with her fire and ice and the Druid’s bear transformation. Once again, the worlds were far more grim-dark and laden with violence.

Diablo 4 is in development for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. No release date or window was given but BlizzCon 2019 attendees will get a chance to go hands-on with an early demo. Stay tuned for more information stemming from the demo along with more news from BlizzCon.
