Blizzard has updated the splash banner in Diablo 4‘s menus, revealing that the game’s third season is about to start on January 23. The banner, previously displaying “Season of Blood Ends”, now displays “Next Season Begins”, as caught by WoWhead.

Interestingly, with a little under two weeks for the release of Diablo 4 Season 3, Blizzard is yet to make any announcements regarding the major update coming to the game. The company is yet to have any of its Campfire Chat sessions to talk about new content for Diablo 4, and we don’t even know what theme the game will follow after the vampire-themed Season of Blood comes to an end.

Blizzard has been relatively quiet about Diablo 4 Season 3, despite reiterating earlier this month that the new season isn’t going to see any delays. Global community development director on Diablo, Adam Fletcher, has stated that more details about Season 3 will be revealed in the coming weeks.

Diablo 4 is out on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. For more details, check out our review of the game as it was on launch. Diablo 4 is slated to get its first major expansion, Vessel of Hatred, in late 2024.
