Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred

A new trailer is available for Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred, but instead of spoiling a potential major boss fight, it’s live-action. It features Neyrelle venturing down the river of Nahantu with Mephisto’s soulstone in her hands. Perhaps attempting to gain control, she unwittingly contaminates the water, causing various monstrosities to emerge.

The Spiritborn are on the scene, however, battling against these new threats with the help of the Spirit Guardians. Meanwhile, Neyrelle continues down the river, with Mephisto seemingly taking over her body. It’s all very well put together, though the cover of “Behind Blue Eyes” by The Who may not be the most appropriate song choice.

Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred launches on October 8th for Xbox One, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. However, it goes live worldwide on October 7th, 4 PM PDT, with pre-loads available now on PC via Battle.net. Head here for more details on other regions and how to start the new campaign.
