Dishonored: The Knife of Dunwall DLC Releasing on April 16th

Seek redemption or further plummet into darkness in this spin-off.

Bethesda Software has officially announced the new, upcoming DLC for Arkane Studios’ Dishonored, title The Knife of Dunwall. It will release on April 16th for PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360 at $9.99 or 800 Microsoft Points.

You’ll be taking control of Daud himself in this DLC after the Empress has been assassinated. You fight alongside the Whalers as you search for the key to your redemption (though the Outsider, ambiguous douche that he is, won’t reveal much beyond “Delilah). As with Corvo, the Mark of the Outsider bestows various powers and abilities upon you.

This includes variations on Blink along with new skills such as Summon Assassin for bringing a Whaler into a fight with you and Void Gaze to search for Runes and Bone Charms. You’ll also have new items like Wristbows, Stun Mines and Chokedust to incapacitate and kill enemies.

New levels and key moments from the original will be featured and you’ll once again have a choice between the path of Redemption or one drenched in darkness.
