A new trailer for id Software’s DOOM: The Dark Ages is available, showcasing more of the promised narrative focus. With demons overrunning the lands of Sentinel Prime, the Night Sentinels send in their best bet – the Slayer. Check it out below.
Other notable parts include what seems to be Cthulhu as an enemy, a demonic head honcho who squares up against the Slayer (and appeared previously), and much more. Some new weapons are also present, including a bullet-spewing gun that revs up over time alongside a shoulder-mounted machine gun. It all ends with a tease for what could be the Sentinels’ version of the BFG-9000 (albeit in crossbow form).
