We’re living in a new golden age of beat ’em ups, and appropriately enough, beloved brawler franchise Double Dragon is on the comeback trailer. Double Dragon Revive was unveiled earlier this year, and true to developer Yuke’s and publisher Arc System Works’ promise, at The Game Awards, we got another look at the title.
Double Dragon Revive will bring the beloved franchise back in the form of a brand-new sidescrolling 3D beat ’em up experience, which we get to see new glimpses of in the trailer. Also showcased are the leading duo of Jimmy and Billy Lee, and a number of different enemies who’re stupid enough to take them head-on. Check out the trailer below.
A release date has also been announced for the title. Double Dragon Revive is due out on October 23, 2025 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Pre-orders for the title are live now.
