The roster for The Game Awards is continuing to fill up as the event approaches, with a number of major titles having been confirmed to be getting new trailers at the show already. Another name has now joined that list.

Earlier this year, Arc System Works and developer Yuke’s announced Double Dragon Revive, an aptly named revival of the classic beat ’em up franchise. Now, the duo have confirmed that we’ll be getting our next look at the 3D sidescrolling action title imminently, with a new trailer set to be unveiled at The Game Awards later this week, on December 12.

Double Dragon Revive joins a growing list of titles confirmed for the show, which currently also includes the likes of Borderlands 4, Mafia: The Old Countryand It Takes Two developer Hazelight’s next game.

Double Dragon Revive is due out sometime in 2025 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Hopefully, we’ll be learning about a more specific release date when the game is showcased at The Game Awards this week. Stay tuned for more updates.
