Dragon Ball Fighter Z Trunks

EVO 2017 was chock-full of news this year, not the least of which included Arc System Works’ Dragon Ball Fighter Z. The developer (which also announced BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle) took the opportunity to introduce Trunks as a playable character. If you were hunkering for some more DBZ-fueled fighting, then the new trailer has enough for you.

In the Dragon Ball Z universe, Trunks is Vegeta’s son and a Saiyan like his father. This version comes from the future though and along with possessing Super Saiyan powers, he also uses a sword for attacking. Trunks was first introduced after the Frieza saga when he annihilated Frieza and his father King Cold.

It was also announced that closed beta registrations for Dragon Ball Fighter Z would start on July 26th. The title itself would be coming out in early 2018 and we can’t wait. What are your thoughts on the new trailer? Let us know in the comments below.
